One of my first drawings using strictly photoshop and wacom tablet. This one was completely hand-drawn with no reference. I used custom brushes on the texture for the stone and for some of the stars in the sky.
TOOLS: Photoshop CS3.
I wanted to challenge myself with my tablet and create some sort of painting with some seriously hard textures and patters. I hand drew everything in this image, including the intricate pattern on the girl's shirt.

In this drawing I wanted to play with pattern making. I tried to be as random as possible with the patterning. I completed the image by adding some gradient overlays on top of the patterning.

A fan favorite, I had to release my nerd-dom somehow. This is a concept art piece I created using multiple references, not only for her intricate armor but also for the glowing blue pattern. Most of my inspiration for this piece came directly from the latest game in the series.

Small digital drawings created for the Myspace/Facebook game "Dragon Wars." I used multiple references for each image to create the realitic spaces. These drawings were then shrunk down to 100 Width size for the game.

These are small digital painting I did for another Myspace/Facebook game called "Space Wars." With these, our team purchased models and then added in backgrounds and re-colored most of the scenery.

A video I created for one of my digital editing class at UT Austin. This video is
representative of all things in my life that have inspired me. Without inspiration, there wouldn't be any art.
